CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND	Doctor of Sciences with a background in Computer Science and Business Administration, and more than 22 years of experience in teaching and scientific research. Holds two university degrees and has built an academic career at the crossroads of applied computer science, information systems, electronics, e-business, and business administration.
POSITION	In the academic field, he has served as a lecturer in several courses related to his academic background and as an external evaluation expert with the Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education (ASCAL).
CONTRIBUTIONS	His research activities have focused on interdisciplinary applications of digital technologies, with sustained contributions to scientific publications and the development of institutional research capacities. Author of 23 scientific publications.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS OF INTEREST	He is active in academic and professional networks and has participated in numerous national and international projects related to applied computer science, information systems, monitoring systems, energy efficiency, the digitalization of the education system, and related fields.
