ACADEMIC TITLE AND POSITION	MSc. / Assistant Lecturer
CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND	MSc. Erdeta Boja holds a Master of Science in Computer Science and has over 12 years of experience in university teaching, scientific research, and professional engagement. She has developed her academic activity through the integration of applied computer sciences, with a strong focus on technological applications and digital systems. She has carried out academic activities at higher education institutions such as Barleti University, University of Tirana, and “Aleksandër Xhuvani” University of Elbasan, while also contributing to the private business sector.
POSITION	She currently serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Applied and Computer Sciences. In the academic field, she has taught several courses directly related to her academic background and professional experience.
CONTRIBUTIONS	Her research activity is focused on interdisciplinary applications of digital technologies, particularly in the fields of information systems, electronic services, online system quality assurance, and digitalization. She has made a sustained contribution to scientific publications as well as to the development of institutional research capacities. From a professional perspective, she contributed for more than two years at the National Agency for Information Society (NAIS) as an Electronic Services Update Specialist, where she managed and coordinated workflow processes within this sector. She later served as a Quality Assurance Specialist for online public administration services, a role she continued within the Ritech Group of Companies.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS OF INTEREST	She is active in national and international academic and professional networks. She has participated in numerous projects inside and outside the country related to applied computer sciences and updating and improvement of electronic services.
