ACADEMIC TITLE AND POSITION	Dr. / Lecturer
CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND	Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration, Lecturer and Scientific Research Manager in university. Her academic engagement focuses on teaching, research, and the development of research-innovative projects, with a focus on digital business, innovation, and entrepreneurship.
POSITION	She holds the role of Scientific Research Manager as well as coordinator of the Digital Business study program.
CONTRIBUTIONS	The research activity is oriented toward finance, innovation, and digital business, with a focus on contemporary, interdisciplinary approaches. She is the author of over 10 scientific publications, including 3 academic books, and has participated in several national and international scientific conferences. Her engagement also includes participating in and coordinating research and innovation projects at the national and European level, contributing to the development of institutional research and academic capacities.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS OF INTEREST	Her activity is oriented towards strengthening the research, innovation, and entrepreneurship ecosystem in higher education, through the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within European and national programs, with a focus on EIT HEI Initiative, AKKSHI, digital transformation in business, knowledge-based innovation, and knowledge transfer in cooperation with industry and public actors.
