ACADEMIC TITLE AND POSITION	MSc. / Assistant Lecturer
CURRENT ACADEMIC STATUS AND EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND	Has completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the Institute of High Technologies in Russia, graduating with the title “Information Technology Engineer.” Subsequently, has completed postgraduate studies, obtaining a Professional Master’s degree in Information Technology Management and a Master of Science in Computer Science, with a specialization in Software Engineering.
POSITION	Mr. Esmaeilakhtar has over 17 years of extensive professional experience as a Web Architect, IT Project Manager, as well as a Web and Database Developer. He currently serves as a lecturer at Universiteti Barleti and holds the position of Head of the Office for the Management of University Websites and Platforms. He is also engaged in teaching within the Department of Applied and Computer Sciences, as well as in the Department of Economics, Entrepreneurship and Finance.
CONTRIBUTIONS	Mr. Esmaeilakhtar has extensive experience in the fields of software development, management platforms, digital marketing, online media, and public relations (PR), as well as in e-commerce, the development of e-products and e-services, and the mentoring of start-ups and businesses. He has co-founded and mentored a considerable number of successful start-ups in Albania, becoming a recognized figure within the innovation and entrepreneurship community at both national and regional levels. He is an active member and mentor in the start-up ecosystem in Albania and has contributed to a range of university initiatives, as well as to local and international organizations, including Barleti Hub, Betapitch Tirana, Creative Business Cup Albania, Creative Business Cup Macedonia, Agro Challenge, Startup Weekend, IDEA, UPSHIFT, Trio Talk, Startup Live Tirana, etc., supporting the development of entrepreneurship and innovation. He has also participated as a speaker, opinionist, and jury member in numerous activities in the fields of technology and entrepreneurship, including television and radio programs. Through collaborations with various local and international organizations and projects, he has provided his expertise as an advisor, expert, mentor, and trainer, contributing to the advancement of innovation and the start-up ecosystem.
ACTIVE ENGAGEMENT AND DEVELOPMENTAL AREAS OF INTEREST	Mr. Esmaeilakhtar is actively engaged in digital entrepreneurship, with a primary focus on the development of e-services, e-products, and e-commerce. In parallel, he contributes to the growth of businesses and start-ups through training and mentoring in these areas, supporting their development and the adoption of innovative technologies. His main areas of interest and expertise include the design and development of web platforms and database systems, digital marketing, online media and public relations, as well as the design, implementation, and management of information technology projects. He is also focused on the development and promotion of innovative solutions in the field of digital services and products, contributing to the advancement of digital transformation.
